Which book should I study for the Group 4 Exam?
Every aspirant confused with Samacheer books, “Which book Should I Study, Old Syllabus or New Syllabus book“. Most of the aspirants repeatedly asking these questions in our command section. For those candidates, this below explanation would be helpful.
Keep in your mind TNPSC Group 4 Syllabus not changed, School books only changed. Our suggestion is You must cover the syllabus topics in both New and Old Books. For Example– Bharathiar’s lessons are in both books, so it is best to study the two books lessons.
General Tamil / General English
For general Tamil / English, You Must study 6th to 12th Class old Books and 6th, 9th & 11th Std New Samacheer Books.
As we said above, follow 6th to 12th Class old Books and 6th, 9th & 11th Std New Samacheer Books for General Studies also.
Aptitude and Mental Ability
Only parts of the curriculum from 6th to 10th Standard
You must cover current affairs from January 2019 to August 31st.
If you have read all this and you have extra time read the book back questions in the new Samacheer textbooks.
Note: Out of the total of 200 questions, only 1 or 2 questions will be asked from the outside. So waste the time to searching for study materials. TIME IS GOLD.
